Carlos Perez - Director & CEO

Carlos has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting at Optus in 1994 in finance and especial projects his last role was Commercial Manager of the Marketing Division. Carlos then become International CFO for a group with eight telecommunication start up operations in eight different countries. In 2002, Carlos founded T3 Communications, a switchless landline provider focus on Australian SME customers. After three and a half years, T3 was sold to Pacific Internet five folding the original shareholders investment.

In 2008, Carlos again founded 5Star Telecom, another switchless reseller of landline, mobile and data for SME customers. Hostech bought the assets of 5Star in December 2009 and Carlos became Director and CEO of Hostech.

Ms Veronica Duff - Financial Controller

Veronica joined Hostech as Financial Controller in November 2007 and has brought significant expertise to the position from working in a number of industries ranging from AFL Clubs to IT companies over the past ten years. Prior to joining Hostech, Veronica was the Financial Controller for a Multi-National ASX listed investment company. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Malcolm Lewis - General Manager Sholl Communications

Mal Lewis is the General Manager of Sholl Communications. Prior to the acquisition Mal was 50% owner and Director of Sholl Communications, a position he held for 10 years. Mal was a key force in building Sholl Communications into the Company it is today. With a career based on hands on electrical and technical installation, Mal has been able to harness this practical knowledge in leading Sholl as it enters its new phase within Hostech.
