Hostech has recently completed the acquisition of leading SMB focused telecommunications companies, 5Star Telecom and OfficeLink Plus, to complement its existing communications businesses Sholl and OneNetwork. Together, this combination is capable of delivering a complete business communications solution from traditional PABX and ISDN telephony to fully hosted IP based telephony with quality of service guaranteed.

Hostech has also announced the acquisition of 4 more businesses, which were approved by shareholders at an EGM on March 30.

Anittel, Aspirence, AXXIS and Accord, are IT services and sales businesses with a strong presence in regional areas and a loyal base of small to medium businesses. With these acquisitions, Hostech will be well placed to provide a comprehensive range of IT&T services to meet a broad range of business needs.
